Does Sol Helps replace our issue tracker?
No. Sol Helps identifies and validates repeated user confusion. Your team should execute fixes in your existing tracker.
Why are my insights sparse or empty?
Most commonly:
- assistant is not yet embedded on real traffic pages
- conversation volume is still low
- knowledge quality is weak or outdated
Start with Conversations, then revisit Insights once repeated patterns appear.
Why do users see permission errors?
Access is controlled by RBAC template plus assistant scope. Admins should review Account → Permissions for both.
Why can’t I export data?
Export capability is plan-gated. Check current tier and retention limits in Plans and Billing and the in-app plan/usage view.
How often should we review Sol Helps?
Most teams get best results with a weekly review loop:
- review top themes
- verify via conversations
- hand off actions to tracker
- review trend movement after changes ship
